If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Full payment for your purchase is required before pick-up or delivery of your purchase. We accept the following types of payments:
1. Cash (Only on Pick Up)
2. Cards (Visa, Mastercard or Amex),
3. We also offer finance solutions (Zip Pay)
Delivery and Pick-Up
Upon the arrival of your product, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a pick-up or delivery date and time. If we are unable to deliver, for example, if you are not home on the agreed date, additional delivery fees will apply in case of a second delivery. If you have arranged to pick-up your goods, we would appreciate if these goods are collected within 15 days.
What happens if you change your mind?
We know that sometimes buying furniture can be stressing and challenging, that is why here at Sepsion we offer a 3D rendering service free of charge so you can see how your furniture looks inside at your virtual home before purchasing it. Moreover, if when you get home you are still not 100% satisfied with the product you can exchange or ask for a refund as long as:
You return the product within 15 calendar days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Guarantee of Quality in Sepsion
All our products come with a Guarantee so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
As your satisfaction is important to us the benefits provided by our Quality Guarantee are additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
What happens if your product needs to be repaired or replaced?
We will repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of the Quality Guarantee period. The Quality Guarantee only applies to products that are used for normal domestic purposes and excludes products used for commercial purposes. The Quality Guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
Quality Guarantee period
The duration of the Quality Guarantee will depend on the product, and if you choose to have your bed installed by one of our qualified installers. Each period starts from the date of purchase. Please see below for more details:
Lounge & sofa:
o 5 years for defects in the seat webbing
o 5 years for defects in the frame
o 1 year for defects in stitching, zippers, padding and comfort foams
Furniture – Assembled by one of our qualified installers
• 5 years for defects in the frame
• 5 years for defects in the pistons and hardware
Furniture – Assembled by customers
• 1 year for defects in the frame
• 1 year8 for defects in the pistons and hardware
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
